Monthly Subscription Programme – Terms of Membership
Programme Structure and Pricing
Our annual coaching programme is based on approximately 36 coaching weeks per year.
This considers:
- A planned two-week break in January when no coaching sessions take place.
- An allowance of up to one designated reserve session each coaching year to help accommodate cancellations caused by adverse weather.
Although a typical school year contains around 39 term-time weeks, our subscription pricing is based on this reduced 36-week coaching structure. This reflects planned non-coaching periods and helps ensure a consistent, fair, and sustainable monthly payment structure for families.
Monthly Payments
Subscription fees are collected automatically on the 1st day of each month using the payment method provided at registration.
It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure payment details remain valid and up to date. Any failed payments must be resolved promptly to maintain the player’s place in the programme.
Cancellation Notice
If you wish to cancel your child’s place, a minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice is required.
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to: [your email address].
Examples:
- Notice given on 10 March → membership ends 10 April
- Notice given on 25 June → membership ends 25 July
Payments remain due throughout the notice period, and no refunds will be issued for missed sessions during this time.
Adverse Weather and Cancellations
In the event of adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control, sessions may occasionally need to be cancelled for safety reasons.
Where possible, our priority will always be to offer an alternative session to minimise disruption. Any rescheduled or alternative sessions do not form part of the annual adverse weather allowance.
We have access to indoor facilities and will use these where appropriate, including to take short breaks if weather conditions require it.
The programme schedule includes one designated reserve session each coaching year to help accommodate cancellations caused by adverse weather. This reserve session is already built into the annual programme and subscription structure. As a result, no refund or credit will normally be issued if up to one scheduled coaching session is cancelled due to adverse weather and covered by this allowance.
In addition, the first two weeks of January are typically left free from coaching sessions to allow for coach availability and programme planning (subject to change).
If the designated adverse weather reserve session has already been used and any further sessions must be cancelled due to adverse weather and cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive either a credit (for example, towards holiday camps or private coaching) or a refund for any additional missed sessions.
Rejoining the Programme
If a player cancels their subscription and wishes to rejoin within three months of their membership ending, they will be required to pay any subscription fees that would have been due during their absence before their place can be reinstated.
Alternatively, they may wait until the three-month period has passed and rejoin subject to availability.
Availability of Places
Places within the programme are limited. Once a subscription is cancelled, the player’s place may be offered to another participant and re-entry cannot be guaranteed.
All rejoining requests are subject to availability at the time of application.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests relating to long-term injury, illness, relocation, or other exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the coaching team.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the programme, parents and guardians confirm they understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
